As Tournament Director, my goals are simple but big: coordinate team hotels and dinners that turn teammates into lifelong friends, make sure the boys have an incredible time playing and hanging out, deliver unreasonable hospitality so every family feels welcomed, and build experiences focused on fun, growth, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a lifelong love for lacrosse.
